Ok so what about Richland. Just think about the name of the city. You have the word rich worked into it so its got to have some good energy assoicated with it. Plus you have land. Thats another sign thats pointing in the direction of the Tri-Cities relocation project.
So Richland exists in the area, its not some make believe town from some NBC movie of the week. I started to look into the Richland Real Estate listing to see what was available. Since Richland seems to be pretty central to the region it might offer the most variety for me and the family since we really don’t know the area to well.
One thing that I noticed is somehing unique to the west coast. No it has nothing to do with coffee. The Richland area has some salmon fishing right on its doorstep. My buddy Tyrone will be moving into my garage if he finds out about it. If I can end up living several blocks away from some salmon fishing that would mean big time vists from Tyrone and his fly fishing buddies.
I wonder if the local Richland Wa Real Estate real estate tours include a fishing guide. Really it would be a cool way to sell a house to the hard core fisherman. You show them the house and than you take them on a local guided walking tour of the area. Show them the best fishing spots and maybe have a local fishing guide available.
I could see a special type of real estate agent appearing in the region. When the local Richland Real Estate slows down for the winter months you would have some special types of open houses. Instead of coffee and cookies you have 30 minute fishing trips from your front door. The real estate agent takes the potential buyer fishing and than returns to the home for a quick tour. if the buyer can actually land a fish in that 30 minute window the agent would likely have a sale. It would work on someone like my buddy Tyrone. My wife would still need that cookie and coffee sales pitch.
