Post interview time

March 14th, 2007 · No Comments

So the interview is all over and done with. Didn’t really breeze through the thing but hell it went ok. Even heard from the source that things look ok but still some other folks are now appearing out of the wood work for the job.

I think the whole idea of moving to Washngton State but not Seattle might be attracting some people. Really when someone says they are moving to the NW everyone assumes its Seattle or maybe Portland. Once you look into the Pasco Wa Real Estate area you see that its pretty cool. Anyone with kids is going to really love the area.

Besides kids its people who love the outdoors that really should be looking into the area. Living in the bigger east coast cities you sometimes forget that nature does not have to be a huge commute away. How about 15 minutes from your doorstep to some parks. The whole Pasco real estate market is surronded by parks.

One of Washington’s state parks, Sacagawea State Park, is only 5 miles away from Pasco. In some USA cities if you drove five miles you won’t even notice a difference you would still be stuck downtown choking on car fumes. Really if you are looking at the quality of your life to be able to get your butt of the couch on the weekend and into a state park thats five miles away you really have to consider that as a big huge positive.

Almost ever where that I looked for property in the Pasco real estate area there was a reference to parks or outdoor living. The town even has an adopt a park plan in place for anyone who wants to get more involved in the community. It would be great way to get your kids interested in doing something for the environment. It could be a great escape clause when the kids ask you to adopt a dog. You can just say that you’ll adopt a park instead its better for the environment plus its better for you so you don’t have to get up at 5:30 in the morning to walk the damn thing.
