Well the more I look into things the more complicated things are getting. But logic should be able to sort everything out in the long term. Not coding or designing logic.
No more about mapping logic. And not XML mapping. No I need to get myself a good map of the local Tri-Citys area. I have not had the interview yet, thats a few days away, so no sweatin that department yet.
No the problem is the housing search. To many options for me to consider. When you live on the east coast in a big city you get used to commutes. So in the Tri-city area if your office is centrally located you have tons of housing options. No daily two hour commutes to worry about.
So I started to look at the Kennewick Real Estate market. Not to bad from a financial standpoint.
The whole Tri-Cities has a nice small town feel to it compared to a place like NYC or Philli. They are talking populations that are talking under 100,000 and not over 1,000,000 which is really different.
Again the warm weather seems to be a nice feature of the Kennewick Real Estate area. Considering that it about 0 degrees outside right now that mild weather is a nice feature. No I’m not expecting to be swimming in the middle of February but at least the wind chill won’t freeze bare flesh in two minutes.
And what about some Hydroplane racing. Thats would add some variety to everyday living no matter where you lived. In the summer the Kennewick area has some huge summer festival that features some hydroplane racing. Ok that might not make you buy in the local Kennewick Wa Real Estate area but come on thats a pretty cool weekend. I’m sure you house would be full of friends and relatives for that weekend. It sounds like quite the summer time activity. I couldn’t see if they had an open, just new to racing, lend me your boat class of race. That would have convinced me to buy in the local area.
