Well the interview is rapidly approaching. I don’t believe anyone if they say they do not get stressed for an interview. Its all about fighting off your feelings of rejection. Its a central part of everyone being that need to be appreciated. If you get nuked in an interview it does hurt at some level.
Being concerned about chi you might think we have the whole centred being concept mastered. Not a chance on that one. I’ve used sports to help release any stress that might be building up.
Problem is right now the weather sucks for any outside activilties. So I turned to what everyone else appears to be using. I had various information that would help me learn yoga basics quickly and thats what I needed in this situation. I didn’t really want to sign up at some yoga center for some 13 week course I just wanted some stress relieve before the interview.
If you have every done any research into yoga you’ll see its not cut and dry. there are different camps and methods that offer their own benefits according to different instructors and followers.
One of the information packages that I had was about kriya yoga techniques. Its a very interesting school of yoga. Kri relates to work and the word ya means the soul. Since this whole stress releive scheme was caused by upcoming job interview the use of the word word in relation to yoga really made this particular technique interesting. After going through some of the basics from my information I felt a little bit more relaxed but unfortunately my lower back hurt. I forgot something that would be key to any type of stress relieve. I forgot to warm up so I’ll be sitting through a conference call interview with a sore lower back.
